Are we asking for too much? • Everything we’re asking for now is based on what we asked for in the 5-year plans! • There are no new expectations • Improvement planning is required • Not having an improvement planning process is an unsupportable position • It is no longer assumed, it must be explicit Oregon Department of Education 2009
