  3. ASPECTOS ECONÔMICOS • O Brasil perde ao ano R$ 21 Bilhões com custos acidentários. (economia formal) • Isto equivale a US$ 7 Bilhões/ano. • Para cada real que se investe em segurança e saúde no trabalho têm-se um retorno de 5 reais. • Ações em SST são vistas como gastos e não investimentos.

  8. DADOS ASSUSTADORES • Em 51% dos acidentes de trânsito, os motoristas tem menos de 34 anos. • 47% das vítimas fatais tem entre 18 a 34 anos. • Doenças cardiovasculares e câncer vitimam a população, em média, aos 55 anos, no trânsito aos 33 anos.

  9. DADOS ASSUSTADORES • O trânsito reduz a expectativa de vida em 41 anos. • 70% dos benefícios acidentários do INSS são devidos ao trânsito. • Confiança excessiva nos reflexos, impulsividade e ousadia dos jovens.
