  2. SOCIAL SERVICE SYSTEM OF THE MURMANSK REGION • State regional social service establishments • 24 institutions in total, of which: • 15 autonomous institutions • 9 state-financed institutions

SOCIAL TAXI SERVICE • Clients: • people with category 1 and 2 disabilities living alone with range-of-motion limitations; • children with locomotor disabilities; • people aged 80 and more living alone In case of availability – elderly people (women over 55 and men over 60) and disabled people with range-of-motion limitations.

  4. SOCIAL TAXI SERVICE The social taxi service was introduced in the Murmansk region in 2008. Currently the service is available at 6 social service institutions

LIST OF SOCIALLY IMPORTANT FACILITIES SERVICED BY SOCIAL TAXI The list of socially important facilities has been drawn up to enable citizens to enjoy federal and regional social benefits to the maximum possible extent. The list includes 11 types of entities: 1) Municipal authorities; 2) Social support institutions; 3) Healthcare and educational institutions; 4) Medical and social assessment institutions; 5) State pension fund offices; 6) State social insurance fund offices; 7) Prosthetics and orthopedics enterprise; 8) Railway stations and airports; 9) Consumer services (public baths, shoemaker’s, hairdresser’s etc.); 10) Cultural and artistic institutions and sports facilities; 11) Financial institutions.
