Concept HR Express • Little or No Awareness amongst Employees on HR Policies and Processes • Solution Arrived at known as HR Express • Basic Premise being : - to explain policies in a simple and a easy way - to educate employees on our policies and processes • Readily accessible to employees at a click away. • Will help in increasing the awareness of the HR Policies amongst employees • Aims towards enabling employees avail benefits and achieve Employee Delight. Learning the Express Way

Launch Plan HR Express • An HR Initiative, Campaign to start with a few teasers ; key policies and processes to follow • Corporate HR responsible for roll out content and strategy • Teasers/ policies and processes - to be sent to BUHR fortnightly • Frequency of sending these e-mailers - to be decided by BUHR • BUHR Heads responsible for ensuring roll out to employees • Key policies and processes will be sent after 3 teasers • Key Policies identified, to begin with are: - Leave & Holiday Policy - Mediclaim Policy - Salary & Loan Advance Policy • Key Processes identified are: - Compensation Strategy for 2007 – 08 - PF, ESI & Gratuity Rules • To be uploaded on the intranet and placed on the notice boards of offices Learning the Express Way
