  2. When someone mentions social networks ... ... do you think of ... OR ? Your U.S. Senator Bonus question: Which one is probably easier to contact via Twitter?

  3. Is that all there is? According to the security firm Barracuda Labs, only 21% of all Twitter users are active1 users. Near as I can tell, it doesn’t do ANYTHING. 1Active = 10 followers, follows 10 people and tweeted at least 10 times .

  12. ‘Old’ LMI Will social networking replace ‘old’ LMI delivery methods? Probably not entirely. But LMI delivery is changing, as states look for ways to reduce mailing costs and improve timeliness of delivery.

  14. Least efficient methods • Waiting for customers to find out the data exists and then request it • Requiring customers to follow a complicated path to the information • Depending on the ‘if-thens’
