  2. SITUACIÓN GENERAL • Situación política de MARRÓN deteriorada. PPL postula acciones hostiles sobre flota pesquera AZUL. • VLF formada por grupos guerrilleros de carácter antioccidental, afin a PPL. Controla la ZONA NEGRA con apoyo de parte de la población. • VLF realiza medidas de presión contra intereses económicos AZUL y MARRÓN. • Existe una colonia de ciudadanos de AZUL en territorio MARRÓN cuyas vidas están amenazadas por VLF. • VLF controla el Poder Militar en la Zona Negra e ignora mandato CSNU. • VLF cuenta con elevado nº medios aéreos y la totalidad de las Bases Aéreas de la Z. Negra.

SITUACIÓN • Posible actuación elementos terceras naciones junto a VLF. • Resolución CSNU 1800 autoriza operaciones contra VLF para recuperar ciudadanos si la situación a 20 de marzo permanece sin variaciones. • CSNU autoriza la creación de una CJTF. • BLANCO ofrece territorio y las B.A. de Cartagena, Soledad y Bolívar. • CYAN permite despliegue en su B.A. de HOWARD de las Fuerzas de la CJTF. • VLF amenaza con destruir recursos petrolíferos de MARRÓN si se atacan sus instalaciones. • Posibles acciones de hostigamiento y sabotaje en territorio BLANCO y MARRÓN por fuerzas especiales afines a VLF.

MISIÓN A PARTIR DE LAS 00:00H DEL DÍA 13 DE ABRIL DE 00 EL JFAAC DEBE LLEVAR A CABO LAS OPERACIONES AÉREAS NECESARIAS QUE PERMITAN ALCANZAR Y MANTENER EL GRADO DE SUPERIORIDAD AÉREA NECESARIA EN EL TEATRO DE OPERACIONES PARA APOYAR LA EVACUACIÓN DE RESIDENTES OCCIDENTALES DE ACUERDO CON LA RESOLUCIÓN 1800 DEL CSNU.
