  4. First rule of a team… Summary:The team is developing and working toward an identified common future!  Intentions – a common future has been identified  Goals – measurable next steps and milestones  Principles – non-negotiable values to operate from

  6. Self-assessment… • Of the ideas we just generated, how successful are you in offering those characteristics of trust? • What is your greatest asset to your PBS team? Self-awareness is an underrated intervention Thom Rutledge

  10. What do you need to know before you make a commitment? • Can I contribute successfully? ~ It’s not necessarily change we’re resisting, it’s failing!! • Will this serve my purposes? Meet my needs? ~ What we’re doing now, we know!! And… • Have I been heard? ~ My suggestions, reservations, concerns, etc.
