Activation • Coach Pogue's Voodoo • Breathing and Movement • Demo • Releases • SAT is built on two easy practices: • Intentional diaphragmatic breathing stimulates the core and balances the nervous system, preparing body and mind for better performance. • Stimulation of pressure points re-activates core muscles like the glutes and psoas, returning the body to its ideal “inside-out” sequence of movement.

Lift-a-thon Fund Raising • Reconditioning and Replacement Costs covered • EVERYTHING else must be paid through fund-raising: • Footballs ($80 each) • Medical Supplies (box of tape $53) • Replacement Jerseys ($100 each) • Other Pads (thigh boards $22) • Decals, Award stickers,cups, etc. • Equipment Needs

Notes from Mrs. Woo • Incoming freshman will need a full freshman physical with immunizations for entry into 9th grade, this physical will work for school sports too – no need to get an additional physical! • 10th – 12th graders they will need to have a current sports physical on file for practice. • The athletic fee for 16/17 will remain the same ($85.00) and the webstore will open on June 1st for the 15/16 school fees year. Checks for fees for next year can be paid in the athletic office or on the web after June 1st.
