  2. Moons • Jupiter has 64 moons found so far. • The largest moon, Io, is larger than the planet Mercury.

  3. Big Red Spot • The Big Red Spot is the biggest storm in our solar system. • It can fit more than two Earths inside it.

  4. Year(Solar Orbit) • It takes 12 Earth years for Jupiter to finish one orbit around the Sun.

  5. Gravity • If you weighed 90 pounds on Earth you would weigh 225 pounds on jupiter.

  6. Distance • Jupiter is over 92 million miles away from the sun.

  7. Ground • There is no solid ground on Jupiter. • It is made out of whirling gases and liquid with a rocky core.

  8. Rings • Jupiter has three rings that are almost impossible to see.

  9. The God - Jupiter • Jupiter was the king of the Roman Gods (Like Zeus for the Greeks). • It was named Jupiter because it was so much bigger than all the other planets.

  10. Size • Jupiter is so big that it can fit all of the planets inside of it at the same time.
