  5. An Overview Stein Mart has 3 Distribution Centers: Lithia Springs (ATL), GA – Servicing 167 Stores Grand Prairie (Dallas), TX – Servicing 67 Stores Compton (LA), CA – Servicing 33 Stores And 1 Warehouse – Jacksonville, FL

Standard Requirements – (Overview) ALL vendors must review and comply with Stein Mart’s Vendor Code of Conduct ALL vendors must be EDI compliant (850, 856, 860, 810) ALL cartons must be labels with approved GS128 Label Product must be Packed BY STORE Product must be shipped Floor Ready: TICKETED & On HANGERS (if applicable) Product must be shipped in POLYBAGS(multiple units per bag) Freight Terms: Collect - FOB Destination – with a commercial zone clause Any deviation from the above requirements MUST be indicated on the 850 EDI PO.
