Methods of Procurements and thresholds < $ 3 000 Simplified Procurement (direct purchase; sometimes no need for contract) $ 3 000 – $122 000 Simplified e-tender (min 3 working days; less administrative barriers) >$122 000 e-tender (min 20 days) Design Contest – procuring any kind of design or project (minimal regulations; more discretion for evaluation criterias) Exemptions – strictly prescribed by law; All tender notices in English (bilingual system)
