Stock at RAL • BCC V3 • 1 with correct RTERM fitted • 3 with RTERM removed • 19 scheduled to have RTERM removed • 10 more to be shipped with the stave core • EoS • 1 cut (ready for stave) • 1 uncut • Modules • Cambridge M5, M6 • “US module” – can anyone confirm its identity? • 7 boxes in progress at Liverpool, more modules will ship soon • Tandem DC-DC • 1 uncut, unmounted • Did not work unloaded during CERN tests, best avoid? • 1 uncut, mounted • 12 cut, mounted • Significant glue voids on most samples, only 2 good for use • Remainder will return to Oxford to be reworked

  5. “BURCO2” cooling plant • Plumbing to gas shed partially done • Gas shed contains gas panel & 1 bottle • Pipes to connect to stave frame ready • CO2 Safety • Bund under plant collects lost CO2 • Will house “Cellar Safe” Detector (below) • Alarm will • close CO2 Solenoid • Start extractor fan (flex pipe) • Be shown on repeaters at room doors

  6. The stave will sit in its own bund. CO2 collected in this one “drains” to the lower Bund (with the CO2 sensor) through a fan assisted pipe (not shown). The stave test cover has a clear panel to verify there is no ice. An opaque lid will sit on top of this.

  7. Cables & Readout • LV pigtail and cable made (shown on last slide) • HV cable Glenair to D37 Made • D37 extension in progress • mates directly to HV MUX box • Patch panel to 12 SCTHV channels in progress as backup • HSIO and 2 x CPX400DP PSU will sit on shelf on top of the bund • Within reach of 5ft SAMTEC cables • 3 * SCTHV will sit in half height rack below the bench • Cambridge Interlock will monitor cooling and interlock Stave power • New windows 7 PC to be installed next week
