Registration Fees and Instructions for Cardiovascular Nursing Course and/or Certification Exams for Tulsa, OK, November 15-16, 2014:St. John Medical Staff Center Staff Fees: $120 Course Only; $250 for CVRN Level I ExamAll non-St. John Medical Center Staff Fees: $160 Course Only; $295 for CVRN Level I Exam Pre-Registration fee for the Course Only is a must to reserve a seat and course syllabus and is due by November 7th. Any registrations received after this date will be assessed a $20 late fee and will be considered a walk-in registrant (if you are late, you must contact us to assure that we still have a seat available to you).
