  2. Programs that promote recognition of employees are very important in every workplace. However, if companies don’t know how to apply employee recognition programs, they could fail from maintaining their employee’s engagement. Companies could spend more from replacing employees than they could if they offer employee compensations. So, here’s what Vicente E Garcia recommends for all businessmen out there:
