  2. Introduction The world is starting to acknowledge the fact that if they want to be healthy they have to change their eating habits. After all, ‘you are what you eat'. But our teens don't recognize the fact just yet. They like all kind of junk food they can find. Burgers, pizzas, chips, canned and packed food. Teens like this kind of food more than home food and healthy vegetables and fruits. But in the right way, parents can change this habit of their kids and make them long for healthy food. It would save your kids' pocket money and he will choose to eat from home the next time.
