  6. Organizational Structure The type of hierarchy that we think is appropriate for Patties would be a linear system of management, from the highest position, head manager, to the staff working. We feel that this way, we can meet the needs and goals of the company, and the workers.

  8. Management Style The management style we expect from Patties, is a Directive Democratic style of management. Where the head manager makes the decisions according to the needs of the staff and closely supervises the subordinates.

  17. Dealing with Turnover These steps will help prepare our company in minimizing turnover and dealing with it. This will hopefully help the company have a more stable and sound organization made up of satisfied employees. • Pre-termination contracts - Imposing a contract on new employees that indicates that they should stay at least one year or pay a pre-termination bond. • Exit interviews - Having an interview with exiting employees.
