  5. Job Description & Person Specification Job Description: • A summary of the main duties and responsibilities associated with a job. Person Specification: • Identifies the skills, knowledge and experience a successful applicant is likely to have. MR M YOUNG 2012

  8. Job Specification • Knowledge: the level of education and background • Experience: of the type of work involved • Skills: practical, interpersonal, managerial • Usually separated into essential, and desirable. MR M YOUNG 2012
