  1. 彩色双组份环保防滑涂料 技术使用说明书 路安 一、组成 1、LAGK 2008：彩色涂料 2、LAKG 2010：固化剂 3、LAKG 2060：彩色陶粒 二、使用方法 1、LAKG 2008在使用前必须搅拌均匀。 2、在LAKG 2008中加入1—4%的LAKG 2010，搅拌均匀后，通 过“滚涂或刮涂工具”敷涂于路面上形成交通标志。 三、注意事项 1、在LAKG 2008中加入1—4% 的LAKG 2010后，应在3—10分 钟内施工完，并立即撒上LAGK 2060，以免涂料胶化彩色陶粒沉降 不下去。 2、LAKG 2008及LAKG 2010严禁接近明火，应保存在阴凉通风 的地方。 3、LAKG 2010的使用方法： LAKG 2010的用量是根据气温条件的变化确定，通常高于 20度时，LAKG 2010的用量为LAKG 2008的1-3%，气温在10—20度 时，用量为LAKG 2008的2-4%。 4、LAKG 2060的规格及用量： 根据客户要求(正常使用量为5公斤/平方)。 5、施工工艺： ⑴ 用带齿水泥刮刀刮涂底漆。 ⑵ 在刮涂底漆的同时撒满彩色陶粒将漆面铺满),底漆干后将多余的彩色陶粒扫除 ⑶ 用滚筒刷涂面漆。 路安 顺德路安高科涂料有限公司
