Please Follow the Below Guideline While Recording 5 Minutes Short Presentation First of all please prepare your 5 minutes powerpoint presentation, which you are going to present under the category of 5 minutes short presentation at the congress Save your 5 minutes short presentation When you record a narration, you run through the powerpoint presentation and record on each slide. Before recording your voice narration, please set your microphone level

  2. Please Follow the Below Guideline While Recording 5 Minutes Short Presentation 4. On the Slide Show menu, click Record Narration. 5. Start the narration on the first slide in the presentation,speak the narrative text into the microphone. And click the next slide to continue, and so on. 6. When you finish narration, click for right button on mouse and select end slide show option

  3. Please Follow the Below Guideline While Recording 5 Minutes Short Presentation 7. The narration is automatically saved, and a message appears asking if you want to save the timings for the show as well. To save the timings, click Save. 8. Please do not exceed 5 minutes time limitation

Before sending your 5 minutes voice narrated powerpoint presentation, please control your presentation and check the voice quality 10.
