  3. With Self Service IU, students will now be able to securely access their personal student information via the web!

  4. With S.S. IU you can gain access to your: student account payments and balances grades registration activity financial aid status financial aid awards …and much more! Let’s take a look at how you access S.S. IU, how you login, and how you can use S.S. IU!

  5. S.S. IU is web based and can be found in three ways: • Go to www.Immaculata.edu and click on S.S. IU icon • Go to http://myiu.Immaculata.educlick on S.S. IU icon • Directly login at https://charity.Immaculata.edu

  6. Over the next few minutes, we’ll show you how to Login and navigate through S.S. IU. We’ll also show you some examples of how to view your personal student information.

  7. Here is the Main S.S. IU Login Page Here are your Login instructions. If you don’t know your University #, “PIN”, or need help logging in, you can click on any BLUE link to go to the Login Help Page. You will enter your University # here You will enter your PIN here. You will click here to Login

  8. S.S. IU Main Menu Page This is the main menu page. You will see this when you Login to S.S. IU To access the student, financial aid, account, and all other informational menus; click on this link.

  9. This is the Student & Financial Aid Menu Page. From this page, click any of the BLUE links below to go to those menu pages.

  10. This is the Registration Information Menu. When you choose the Blue links below, you will be able to see the associated information.

  11. This is the Student Records Menu. When you choose the Blue links below, you will be able to see the associated information.

  12. This is the Financial Aid Menu. When you choose the Blue links below, you will be able to see the associated information.

  13. This is final menu page. This is the Student Account Menu. When you choose the Blue links below, you will be able to see the associated information.

  14. Now we’ll guide you through a few examples… • With S.S. IU you can view your registration history. To do so, follow these steps: • Login to S.S. IU • Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ • Click on ‘Registration Information’ • Click on ‘Registration History’

  15. This is your Registration History. This page details your course registrations as well as your Final Grades (if available).

  16. With S.S. IU you can view your weekly class schedule in an easy to read format. Follow these steps do so: • Login to S.S. IU • Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ • Click on ‘Registration Information’ • Click on ‘Week at a Glance’

  17. This is your Weekly Schedule for the selected week. Here you can see the times, dates, and locations of your courses. You can enter a date to see your schedule for any week you are registered for a class.

  18. With S.S. IU you can also view your account information in detail. To view your account details, follow these steps. • Login to S.S. IU • Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ • Click on ‘Student Account’ • Click on ‘Account Detail for Term’

  19. This is your Account Detail, listed by term. Here you can see your Charges, Payments, & Balance. This is the first part of the page. Use your scroll bar to scroll down and see the rest of the page. For this demonstration, the rest is shown on the next slide.

  20. This is the rest of the Account Detail for Term page. Here you can see your charges. Here you can see your payments. Here is your balance.

  21. With S.S. IU you can also view your payment history. To do so, follow these steps: • Login to S.S. IU • Click on ‘Student & Financial Aid’ • Click on ‘Student Account’ • Click on ‘Statement & Payment History’

  22. This is your Statement & Payment History page. Here you can see a summary of your payments & charges.

  23. If you have trouble on any page, you can click the HELP link in the upper right corner. This opens a box that gives you Help for the page you are on. Here is one example:

  24. These are just a few examples of the ways to use S.S. IU. As you can see, S.S. IU is easy use and to navigate. Just click and go! Don’t forget to join us in the Lobby of Loyola Hall for more information!
