  3. About The Committee • This committee is an amalgamation of the Historic Security Council and ADHOC crisis committee. • You will be provided with a scenario from the events that transpired before and during the period of a certain crisis, but the work of this committee is constant.

  4. The main purpose of this committee is to prevent the major damages caused by a certain crisis, war or conflict. • You as delegates should come to an understanding that benefits the world at large and helps reconstruct war-ravaged countries.

  5. As is the way of specialised committees, the HCC requires extensive research on the subject and in-depth knowledge regarding the topic area, leading to an exceptionally high level of debate.
