Past-due Tasks • Participant View vs Case View • Date restricted • View-only from Search 4 Tips to make Transformation easier • Past-due Tasks at go-live are actions previously known as Ticklers. To remove the Past-due Tasks, complete the work items to which they refer. • Your supervisor can reassign or delete Past-due Tasks. Instructions are in the Multi-topic Supervisor User Guide. Find it on the Center for Child Welfare site > Training > FSFN > User Guides > Multi-topic Supervisor • Select the Participant View on your Desktop to quickly view Person Book, which lets you see and access all the Person Book and Case Book links. Case View lets you see only Case Book links. • Change your view at any time; changing will collapse your open expandos. • Case Book and Person Book use the same logic as the Desktop, when in Date Restricted View, for displaying Case and Person information. • Within the center group box, if more history exists within FSFN than what is displayed based on the applicable date restricted timeframe, an indicator will be displayed at the bottom of the center group box which states "More history exists, please see the Desktop." • If you access Case Book or Person Book from the Utility Search page, all FSFN pages and pieces of work launched from Case Book or Person Book are displayed in view-only mode. • Also, Imaging pages accessed from File Cabinet Search, regardless of where the File Cabinet Search page is launched from, are displayed in view-only mode. • Only the "View" hyperlink will be displayed.
