September 9, 2013: Monday • Have your Penny Lab out, along with Week 2/3 flashcards • Answer Monday’s Warm-UP – Volume 1 • Objective: We will construct our procedure for the Separation Lab. • Quizzes/Exams: • Vocab Quiz 3 (Wed, 9/11) • Exam 2 (Thursday, 9/12) • Product: I will identify differences in physical properties for the components of a mixture. • Homework: • Complete Penny Lab • Write your PBL procedure Week 3 M-1

  7. “Trash or Treasure?” Lab • Today, you are writing the procedure for this lab ONLY. Tomorrow, you will follow this procedure in lab. • You may sit/stand in lab today and you make look through equipment in the cabinet. • You may look at, but not use, the sample mixture on your table. • You may only use the supplies provided in your cabinet, nothing extra.   15. “Unit 2 Test” Directions: • Desk clear- answer sheet, clicker, and exam sheet only. • Volume 0- raise your hand if you have a question. • Bubble in answers with blue/black pen or pencil ONLY. Do not write on the Test. • Pre-AP ONLY: Answer questions 21 and 22 in complete sentences on the back of the answer sheet. • Finished?
