Ianya telah mendapat kelulusan Jawatankuasa Pengajian Tinggi, Kementerian Pengajian • Tinggi dalam mesyuarat JKPT Bil. 10/2011 pada 19 Disember 2011. • Pekeliling ini berkuatkuasa mulai sesi pengajian 2012 / 2013.
