Cows A group of cows and calves together form a herd. Cows have babies called calves. The mother cows will protect their calves at all costs. Male cows are called bulls and are sometimes ridden in rodeos. Next

Horses Horses are often ridden. Many people rodeo, on horses for thrill, or trail ride for leisure. Mother horses are called mares, while father horses are called studs. Baby horses are called colts. Next

Pigs Baby pigs are called piglets. Mother pigs are called sows, while father pigs are called boars. When a sow has piglets, they are called a litter Next
