  2. * Participă la cotaţiile de preţuri

  3. Preţul de piaţă se referă numai la porcii care fac obiectul cotaţiilor de preţuri, conform tabelului anterior. Între statele membre, România, ocupă locul 9, în ceea ce priveşte ponderea ( 4.0%)în stabilirea preţului de piaţă comunitar. Acesta se referălacalitatea "standard" (clasa E) pentru carcaseleîntre 60 şi 120 kg.

Plata animalelor se face în funcţie de procentul de carne macră din greutatea carcasei, conform grilei de preţuri elaborate de Comisia de clasificare a carcaselor • Nivelul de referinţă al grilei de preţuri se referă la un conţinut de 53% carne macră dingreutatea carcasei. • Orice procent de carne macră peste 53% se bonifică cu 1,5-2% faţă depreţul negociat pentru nivelul de referinţă. • Orice procent de carne macră sub 53% se reducecu 1-2% faţă de preţul negociat pentru nivelul de referinţă. • Preţul pentru nivelul de referinţăeste cel negociat de abator cu fiecare producător.
