  9. First time usage instructions • Connect the adapter to the charger and connect it to a plug • Place the cordless phone into the charger • Complete charging before turning on the phone!

  10. Switching On / Off • To switch on the DT292 Press for at least one second until the stand-by display appears • To switch off the DT292 Press and hold until the display turns black

  12. or or Networking - Subscribing to a network • To subscribe a Cordless phone without PARK code • Select ‘Networks >> Subscribe’ using and press • Enter “BasePIN” or “AC code” (Authentication Code) and press • To subscribe a Cordless phone with PARK code • Select ‘Networks >> Subscribe’ using and press • Press *and then enter the “BasePIN” or AC code” (Authentication Code) and press • Enter the PARK code of the system and press • Enter the Protection Code and press (see User Guide)

  14. or Looking up the IPEI code Note: It is important to make a note of the IPEI code. You may need the IPEI code to unblock the phone if an incorrect PIN code has been entered three times To display the IPEI code • Select ‘Information >> ShowIPEI’ using and press (“Enter PIN:” is displayed) • Enter the PIN code for the Cordless phone (default 0000) and press (the 13-digit IPEI code is displayed)

If the message waiting icon appears, you can enter your message system in order to retrieve the message, by pressing the Message key. • Programming a number in the ‘Mess.KeyNo.’, overrides the CUN. Clearing all digits of the ‘Mess.KeyNo.’ re-activates the CUN • MD-Evolution • “884-1234”, MD-E Voice Mail System; <default> Directory No. 844, Password 1234.(Where the "-" is the pause (1/2 second required), and “1234” is the password that could be customized. During the voice prompt "Please dial your password", the voicemail is able to detect the incoming password digits.)

The operation of non-approved parts cannot be guaranteed and may even cause damage.
