The panch mantras (panch is a sanskrit word meaning five) of personal wellness explores the five elements which contribute to our personal wellness

  3. Mantra 1 - Wealth A sense of fulfillment of needs and wants of the present and the future • A feeling of being to meet a certain lifestyle • A feeling of having enough savings for the future needs • A feeling of being able to sustain ones earning potential

  4. Mantra 2 - Health • A feeling of being physically fit • A feeling of living a lifestyle which is healthy • A feeling of being able to take care of those in family who are not keeping good health A sense of good health of oneself and of family members

  5. Mantra 3 - Leisure A sense of being able to indulge in ones interests and hobbies • A feeling of fulfillment of interests other than work • A feeling of being part of interests of others in the family • A feeling of being able to develop ones and ones family’s avocational skills

Mantra 4 - Relationships • A feeling of enjoying good relationships with members of the family • A feeling of being well connected with friends and others • A feeling of being part of growth and development of members of fami A sense of being able to manage healthy relationships with ones we care for

  7. Mantra 5 - Spirituality A continuing pursuit for the higher truth • Man is a spiritual being with the eternal desire to know and realise the higher truth • Being involved in this continuous process itself a satisfaction and gives a sense of balance
