Hertfordshire County Council Achievement and Inclusion Team (Schools SEND/G&T) www.hertsdirect.org www.thegrid.org.uk/learning/sen Problems Accessing AS Disc Video Clips If you see an error box appear when you go to play the video clips, it will say change your settings or click ok, if this box appears then click on settings within that grey box then go to slide 3, you will need an active internet connection If you do not get a grey error box then go to slide 2

Hertfordshire County Council Achievement and Inclusion Team (Schools SEND/G&T) www.hertsdirect.org www.thegrid.org.uk/learning/sen • Once on this web page go to the text • Global Security Settings Panel on the left hand side and left click on it • You will then see the following box appear • To make the video clips viewable you must click on the always allow with the tick in a circle (see picture) then go along the top of that box and click on the picture of a monitor in front of a globe and you will see a different menu there (see following pic)

  5. once in this page click on the always ask option and when you click you get the following box appear (see below pic) and click on confirm, once you have clicked on confirm it goes back to the box you see above, close your web browser and restart the disc • once the above instructions are complete you will be able to view the video clips
