  1. Welcome to Kronos Employee Training – Changing Your PIN (Password)

When to Change Your PIN • Your Kronos PIN (password) will need to be changed every 90 days. • You may change it anytime before 90 days. • You will receive a warning 7 days in advance of your PIN expiring. • Your PIN should be 6-10 characters long and can be alpha, alphanumeric or numeric (letters, numbers or a mixture). • You will receive an error message upon logging in if your password has expired.

  3. How to Change Your PIN • Select Change PIN from the Navigation Bar.

  4. The Change PIN window will appear. • Complete the window by entering your current PIN in the first box and your new PIN in the next two boxes. • Select Change. Your password has been changed.

  5.
