Inclusive Education for Disadvantaged Young People in Europe Youth unemployment rates are generally much higher than unemployment rates for all ages The youth unemployment rate in the EU-27 was around twice as high as the rate for the total population throughout the last decade. The EU-27 youth unemployment rate was systematically higher than in the euro area between 2000 and early 2008; since this date, these two rates were very close […], until mid-2010, when the EU-27 youth unemployment rate started to increase more strongly than that of the EA-17. Is a process of supporting persons to achieve permanent connection to the labour market. This process connect trainees, training organisations and the labour market (companies/organisations) in order to create new employment environment – this also means to locate new jobs and jobs accesses as well as possibilities for working.

European Outplacement Framework – EOFVocational Support for People with Difficulty on Employment Access Good practice catalogue This catalogue consists of different tools, which are closely related to the topic „outplacement”. They have been developed (structural and contextual) and piloted in the partners’ organization from Austria, Denmark, Greece, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia.

European Outplacement Framework – EOFVocational Support for People with Difficulty on Employment Access Methodological guide for Tutors and Mentors The concept of outplacement including its definitions,methodologies and tools – http://www.eu-eof.net/eof/images/MTG-final-english.pdf It is designed as a basis for the guiding of unemployed persons, who are intending to (re)enter the labour market and for the guidance of employees, who have to cope with changes in management and learning processes within the company.

TrainsitionAssisting young people who are disabled or with special needs in their transition from school to working life Staff – counseler in the transition process should have a vocational background with he following experience and abilities: social work (knowledge of legal system and labour market) pedagogic/special education/inclusive education psychology, particularly developmental psychology ability to communicate and to work in a team Several years of professional experience Project experience (organization the processes) and networking know how Knowledge of the regional infrastructure Knowledge of counseling techniques
