  3. Create Healthy Meal & Snack Times • Let children have some freedom on food choices • Adult supervision to model healthy eating • Introduce new foods with familiar foods • Let children decide how much to eat • HEALTHY SNACKS AND MEALS.

  4. Move throughout the Day • Exercise • Train teachers for physical activity • Incorporate movement into curriculum • Inform parents on policies regarding physical activity and active wear

  5. Minimize Technology • Limit T.V. viewing • Especially children under two • One to two hours per day for non-educational purposes • View shows that encourage movement and play
