  13. Shortage articles Production plan Our orders (Both markets: Spain and Portugal) have tyres enough to fill a truck, but a lot of references are in shortage. Remaining items in direct shipments: they take a long time to come, because there are not enough quantity to fill a truck (= more costs in warehouse, distribuition and handling, because those items come to warehouse OR we have to cancel items from ZDS and place TA orders) Problems with customers: they don´t place new ZDS orders, because they still have remaining items. Logistics Problems
