  2. To share existing best practice and develop a framework to support learning in the Care Sector To support the transfer of this framework to the Tourism Sector and identify how the model/materials can be further transferred to other sectors sharing similar workforce characteristics Project Aim

Project Objectives Build on existing solutions for the care sector developed by Dundee and Linkoping Adapt these models for different sectors and locations Design new materials and training programmes to support providers and employers Pilot these programmes Work with stakeholders to embed new models at national/regional/sectoral levels
