Main reason for normal/large volume with fibrosis is usually COPD A few rare causes are HISTIOCYTOSIS,NEUROFIBROMATOSIS, AND LLYMPHANGIOMYOMATOSIS OTHER CAUSES COLLAGEN VASCULAR D ALVEOLITIS UIP RADIATION DRUGS SICKLE, SCLERODERMA

  5. COLLAPSE-VOLUME LOSS EFFUSION-OFTEN WITH PASSIVE COLLAPSE AND NO SHIFT PNEUMONIA PNEUMONECTOMY

  6. REVERSE PULMONARY OEDEMA PULMONARY EOSINOPHILIA SARCOID PULMONARY CONTUSION

  7. MULTIPLE CALCIFIED PLEURAL PLAQUES ASBESTOS PLAQUES-NOT ASBESTOSIS

  8. UNILATERAL PLEURAL CALCIFICATION TB HAEMATOMA
