The current NCAA Rule Book is the final authority. Prepare you to officiate Sub-Varsity football (7th-JV) Have fun doing it Increase your proficiency and comfort level of rules and mechanics knowledge Some learn faster than others based on “life experiences” (Former players, coaches, etc)
