  2. C. Periodic Review Collaborative Programme Partner Interim Due Diligence (DD) Review by DD Panel. Undertaken in 3rd year of MoA. Outcome reported to ADC. Model A Model B - D Review on 6 yearly cycle. Takes place at University by usual periodic review of programme process. Continue Run out MOA (3 yr) Review on 6 yearly cycle. Takes place at College by usual periodic review of programme process. Periodic Review on 6 yearly cycle takes place in the 12 months before expiry of MoA. No Stage 1 – Due Diligence Panel Approval given for continuation Decision – terminate partnership Continue partnership No Stage 2 – UK Based Review Risk analysis produced. Approval visit to go ahead? Decision – recommend terminate partnership to DVC Stage 3 – Approval Visit to explore issues raised by UK based review. Report of panel to partner and University. Updated risk analysis. Considered by DVC (on behalf of AB). Proceed with partnership?
