  25. 4. “Puttin’ It All Together”--Step-By-Step *Target: former students *Roastability Issue (so many to choose from): transcript ordering *Fitting the song with the ‘roast’ • Could be the only song you know; or • Could fit the idea, e.g. “Takin’ Care of Business”; “Now or Never” • Is easy to adapt; “You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away” *Rhyming Words • Not always the concept. (“computer” is tough to rhyme with) • ‘late’? Yes. ‘complain? Yes. ‘Faculty’? Yes. ‘Satisfactory Progress’? Hmmm. *Groupings/Sets of Ideas: Late/Irate; Delight/tonight; Tirade/Grade; Off/Cough; Have a Fit/Late Submit/My Teeth Grit/THROAT SHOULD SLIT! (See the examples on the walls) Resulting in -----

Observations: Teamwork & Process If you were observing the group dynamics, how would you describe the critical issues related to how the group --assessed the task; “what are we doing?” --created a structure/process --developed direct or indirect role assignments/assumptions --discovered and utilized unique talents/skills of group members --utilized individual strengths for the group benefit (leadership, creativity, structure, “on task”) --was influenced by positive factors e.g. “fun”, “catharsis”, etc --dealt with time management/pressure issues --evaluated the product: ongoing? at the end? at all? --considered revision, improvement, enhancement --And what would you have done differently??
