  1. RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LHCP INTERNATIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEETING(June 4, 2014) LHCP, G.Bernardi, G. Mitselmakher

  2. Guidelines for rotation of regions for LHCP conferences The IAC recommends to accept the guidelines for rotation of the regions for the future LHCP conferences, beginning 2016. The recommended cycle for rotation of the regions is 4 years, with European sites recommended every second year (given the size of the LHC community in Europe), and Asia/Pacific or Americas recommended as sites in alternative years. A European site is preferred in the years, when there is no EPS conference in Europe. More specifically, the recommended 4-year cycle for the sites of the future LHCP conferences is the following: 2016 Europe 2017 Asia/Pacific or Americas 2018 Europe 2019 Americas or Asia/Pacific then repeat the cycle of regions rotation. LHCP, G.Bernardi, G. Mitselmakher

  3. Status of preparations for LHCP-2015 St. Petersburg, Russia August 31 - September 5, 2015 The IAC wishes to thank Victor Kim for an excellent presentation, in which the status of the preparations for the LHCP-2015 in St. Petersburg has been discussed. The IAC expressessatisfaction with the broad involvement of the Russian LHC community in the conference organization. The IAC recommends to begin to form the International committees for LHCP-2015 without delay, and to proceed with practical steps related to the LHCP-2015 conference organization. We expect that IAC shall review the planning progress and the prospects for holding a successful conference by the end of 2014. LHCP, G.Bernardi, G. Mitselmakher

  4. Selection of the site for LHCP-2016 the IAC heard four excellent proposals for sites for LHCP-2016: from ChunhuaJiang (the China proposal), TorstenAkesson (the Lund proposal), Sandro de Cecco (the Paris proposal) and Jacques Dumarchez (the Vietnam proposal). The IAC has been very favorably impressed with the high level of of all these proposals, and finds all of the proposals to be very attractive. It made selecting the site for the LHCP-2016 very difficult. After deliberations, with many positive arguments brought in favor of each of the proposals, the consensus recommendation by the IAC is to select Lund, Sweden, as the site for the LHCP-2016. IAC wish to thank all the speakers and proposal authors, and will welcome their applications for a future edition of LHCP conference. LHCP, G.Bernardi, G. Mitselmakher
