  6. Category-2: Economic affluent and moderately organized. Characteristic: Quite abundant health resources Mostly Government organized health services. Health programs managed/sponsored by Government. Health services available nearly to all population. Preventive and curative services are separate. Social security Unified administrative structure. Regulations are extensive and acceptable to health care provider and user.

  7. Category-3: Economic affluent and highly organized. Characteristic: Human resources are greater as compared to other two degrees. Abundant not in work of Health Facilities with equipment, supply of drugs. Highly unified under one umbrella. Private sector plays small part. Prevention and curative services are integrated. Economic support from general revenue of Government. Medical care free of charges. Work under pyramidal hierarchy.
