  2. 2011-12 Tripod Survey Pilot • Purpose was to test interest in and feasibility of using a Student Classroom Survey as part of our balanced system to measure Teacher Effectiveness • One year state mandate • The survey selected for pilot was the Tripod, which is part of the Gates-funded MET Project
