  1. Your Easiest Way To Deliver – Anywhere, Everytime Customer Guide

  2. Sign up 1 2 Input your particulars and tap on “Sign up as a customer customer” You will receive an email to verify your sign up. Please check spam inbox. Remember to update your profile.

  3. Requesting delivery – sender details 1 2 Your details are auto loaded from your profile. Please fill in pickup date and time. You can now add a parcel to be delivered.

  4. Requesting delivery – receiver details 1 2 3 Fill in receiver’s details. Address is auto populated by postal code. Tap on top right corner to confirm. You can save or load from favorites Select the size and take a photo of the item to be sent.

  5. Confirming delivery request 1 2 3 Choose a delivery type. You can send multiple parcels at once! Select payment mode by sender or receiver.

  6. Delivery request accepted 1 2 3 Get updates on your app and email when request is accepted. Status will be changed to “pick up in progress”. You can check out the delivery status under “Manage Delivery” by tapping on the request.

  7. Managing deliveries - Tracking 1 2 3 Tap on the tracking number to track its status. Status is changed to “delivery in progress” after the pick up. You can call, text or track the agent all on the app!

  8. Managing Deliveries - Searching 1 2 3 Your receiver or anyone can also track the parcel on our website or using the app. Just need to input the tracking number. Updates are also sent via emails. You can search through deliveries by tapping on top right corner or using delivery history.

  9. Delivery Done 1 2 3 GPS location of drop off with date/time stamp and electronic sign off for delivery. Receipt will be sent to you after item is delivered. Compliment our delivery agents for a great job.
