  2. Introduction Dear Sir, As you know Chemco has taken a big leap in the production of preforms. We have invested heavily in various quality control management software systems and equipments that we hope will meet your requirements. We are very thankful to you for your feedback during your plant visit and after. It has helped us take the right steps in making sure we get the right equipments.

New Equipment IntraVis Sample Pre – Watcher Quality Control of PET – PREFORMS GERMANY One of the best names today in high speed preform testing equipment which allows us to check for various detailed characteristics of preforms quickly and efficiently. With this machine we will be able to check each and every batch quickly and more often than before without the risk of human error. On the next slide is a detailed study of what all we will be testing for with the help of this machine.

The IntraVis Machine checks for: Geometric Characteristics • Length • Diameter • Ovality • Form • Wall Thickness • Short-Shots • Neck Dimensions Material Errors • Scratches and notches on the sealing surface • Position and length of the gate • partially melted material • Bubbles • Oil splashes • Burn spots • Contamination RCX Module (mouth inspection) • Defects in the seal cone • Diameter • Scratches • Notches

  7. IntraVis Machine will perform the duties of various testing equipments more accurately and precisely than ever before. Besides this we have various regular equipments as per your requirements to do the tests that are necessary and mandatory.

Traceability via Barcode “Prevention is better than cure” Even though this statement holds true, in the rare event of any issue, we will have a system that will be able to trace the preform all the way till the Raw Material Bag that was used to produce it along with the supplier’s batch numbers. This will enable us to quickly and effortlessly get to the root of the problem.
