  1. EPIDEMIOLOGY OF THE DRAMATIC SPREAD OF DIABETES MELLITUS WORLDWIDE;INFLUENCE OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI& A SUGGESTED STRATEGY. Abdullah M. Nasrat, MBBCh., MSc. Randa M. Nasrat, MBBCh., MD. Salwa A.M. Nasrat, BSPT.

  2. EPIDEMIOLOGY OF THE DRAMATIC SPREAD OF DIABETES MELLITUS WORLWIDE; INFLUENCE OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI&A SUGGESTED STRATEGY.

  3. Helicobacter pylori

  4. THE ANTIBIOTIC VIOLENCE AGAINSTHELICOBACTER PYLORI

  5. Helicobacter pylori

  6. HELICOBACTERPYLORIThe Commonest Cause Of Fire Inside The Stomach Guilty, Not Guilty, or Innocent!!

  7. Helicobacter pylori remains a worldwide medical challenge This fact made the medical world believe that H. pylori eradication should be a necessary attempt.

  8. The flare up of a lot of medical problems related to H. pylori through immune or different unknown reasons indicates that the current eradication therapies are inadequate to control all the problems related to the stomach bug.

  9. The high costs, bacterial resistance and the severe side effects are major drawbacks of these treatments; More efficient, economic and friendly drugs need to be developed.

  10. H. pylori colonized the stomach since an immemorial time; As if both the stomach and the bug used to live together in peace harmless to each other. What could this mean !!

  11. The Unbeatable Challenge A Highly Talented Natural Ability Of The Organism To Survive. What this could also mean !!

  12. After more than 20 years of extensive research; (Unfair blind)The harm is worse & The matter is still dilemma A scientific stop is becoming mandatory, To achieve an evaluation of some misconceptions about H. pylori itself.

  13. H. pylori Is it Biologic or Pathologic Protective or Destructive Defensive or Offensive Useful or Harmful

  14. H. pylori Is it Natural Existence Or Abnormal Existence

  15. H. Pylori Eradication Is it Necessary and Possible or Unnecessary because Impossible

  16. H. Pylori Antibiotic Eradication Is it Efficient or Inefficient

  17. The Resistant H. pylori Strains Are they Resistant because Drastic or Emigrant therefore Resistant

  18. Are they Really Aggressive, or Just Panic

  19. H. pylori Is it Guilty, Not Guilty or Innocent

  20. The answers of these questionnaires are scattered here and there and far over there.

  21. H. pylori have colonized the stomach since an immemorial time; Falush et al, 2003. H. pylori in human populations is common and persistent; Guruge et al, 1998. H. Pylori prevalence is high, complications in stomach were minor; Cataldo et al, 2004. Re-infection with H. pylori is un-avoidable; McPhee et al, 1996. H. Pylori is not just a bad bug in all instances; Farinha et al, 2005. Should we kill or Should we save H. pylori; Hunt et al, 2001.

  22. If the knowledge of these answers are coalesced together, the picture is then complete.

  23. H. pylori was re-discovered nearly before two decades. The fight against H. pylori by antibiotics has been nearly over the past two decades. The flare up of medical dilemmas related to H. pylori has been nearly during the last two decades.

  24. The complications related to H. pylori before being attacked by antibiotics were limited to the stomach& in minor incidence. WHILE The complications of H. pylori after the antibiotic attack flared up& exceeded the limits of the stomach.

  25. H. pylori protects the gastric wall from its acid if it goes in excess & It protects the stomach from absence of the acid during absence of food

  26. The antibiotic aggression against H. pylori, whatever aggressive can never defeat it.

  27. Epidemiology

  28. H. Pylori Existence In developing countries Early 2000: 70-80% Late 2000: over 90%

  29. H. Pylori Existence In developed countries Early 2000: below 50% Late 2000: over 50%

  30. Incidence of DM

  31. In developing countries Early 2000: below 23% Late 2000: above 25%

  32. In US now Every third person is Diabetic

  33. Pathogenesis

  34. Accumulation of profuse toxic amounts of ammonia in the colon constitutes a biological stress to the body which could lead to stress diabetes.

  35. Administration of traditional oral hypoglycemic pills to a stressed pancreas means an insistence to flog a tired horse leading to turn a potential condition into an established chronic illness with consequent dramatic spread of DM all over the world.

  36. This explains the prevalent observation that most of the diabetic patients in the world are inadequately controlled in spite of regular follow up of medications.

  37. PATIENTSRESULTS&CONCLUSIONS

  38. The scientific interest of this study includes 18 Newly Discovered Adult DM Patients With frank history of H. pylori dyspepsia

  39. The diabetic condition has been successfully& permanently corrected in 17 patients. BY

  40. BY Mere natural eradication of H. pylori, colon care and colon clear.

  41. Bio-Organic Acids

  42. Potent Natural Purgative

  43. CONCLUSION

  44. The concept of biological stress considered in this study in leading to DM is not just hypothetical. As upon the basis of this concept the newly-discovered diabetic condition has been successfully& permanently corrected in good number of patients.

  45. In the light of recent findings and statistics, a revision of the current guidelines for the management of H. pylori and newly discovered DM may be needed.

  46. THANK YOUVERY MUCH&
