Supplemental Concession Agreement (SCA) CHANGES TO THE CONCESSION AGREEMENT In principle the Steering Committee for Privatisation have agreed to forward the following changes to be part of the Supplemental Concession Agreement. 1 To adopt PLUS’s Toll Rates approved in 2002. 2 To extend to Concession Period by seven years ending 2037. 3 To extend the construction period to first quarter of 2007. 4 To reschedule the payment for the reimbursable land cost after all commercial borrowings had been fully paid. 5 To accept and adopt the realignment proposal for Package 2B (Mantin to Setul). 6 To allow for Sectional Tolling on completed sections.
