E-mail Instructions. Click on Gmail. Open up a Web Page and go to www.google.com Or just type www.gmail.com. Put in your user name and password. Adding Addresses. Click on “Contacts.” You must add my address to your address book. Be sure to add my teacher address (mbrunson@dcsd.org).

  2. Click on Gmail Open up a Web Page and go to www.google.com Or just type www.gmail.com

  3. Put in your user name and password

  4. Adding Addresses Click on “Contacts.” You must add my address to your address book. Be sure to add my teacher address (mbrunson@dcsd.org). Be sure to spell names correctly (capitalize appropriately). Add at least five (5) people from this class to your address book.

  5. Addresses Click on the “New Contact” button, Then add the appropriate information. Be sure to capitalize appropriately

  6. Composing E-mail Be sure to use an appropriate subject line. Click on “Compose Mail.” You can type an address. When you start typing, gmail will try to guess who you want to send your email to if you have that person in your address book.

  7. Send an Attachment If your file is attached, you will see it just below your subject line. All you need to do now is click on send (after you make sure you have a subject line and an address Click on the “Attachment” link. Then find your file (probably in Thawspace) from the “select files window.” Either double-click or choose “open” to add.
