  2. “UKRGIDROMECH”, Novaya Kakhovka, Ukraine “Ukrgidromech" Novokakhovskyzavod” is а specialized enterprise for manufacturing and deliveries of mechanical equipment and complex metal structures of hydraulic engineering structures, hydraulic, heating and nuclear power stations, the process equipment and welded structures for waterworks and industrial facilities. It is located in a northeast part of Novaya Kakhovka (Ukraine) Total area 9 hectares, manufacturing building: 31250 m2. There are access roads for vehicles and railway line.

  4. Sales geography The plant launches the production since _ and has sufficient experience of orders execution for objects of the former USSR, countries from CIS and non-CIS countries: Russia, Ukraine, China, Mexico, Chile, Algeria, Iraq, Angola, Vietnam, Croatia, India, Syria, Romania, Iran, Cuba, Pakistan etc. At present, the production output is 6000 tons/year. Now the list of foreign projects includes more than 200 objects (in 25 countries), equipped with the components, manufactured by UKRGIDROMECH, meeting the Customer requirements.

  5. Main manufacturing processes The articles are manufactured according to individual projects, i.e. the individual technological process is developed for each order. The plant has the following industrial areas: rolled metal products warehouse, “Stock material”, “Gathering”, “Assembling”, “Welding”, “Machining”, “Painting and Shipping”.

  6. Main range of production • hydromechanical equipment for hydraulic, heating and nuclear power stations; • crane facilities; • nonstandardized process equipment; • supporting metal structures for industrial structures; • capacity equipment and tanks.

  7. Quality assurance of manufactured products Since 1995 the Quality Assurance System according to ISO standard is implemented on the plant and certificated by TUV-NORD Company. The Quality Management System according to ISO standard is developed, implemented and certificated since 2003. The results of recertification and supervisory audits confirm that the system is maintained in working condition. The product quality is approved by laboratories: 1.NDT laboratory (visual-optical, ultrasonic, X-ray control, capillary) as a part of three staff NDT inspectors; 2.destructive test laboratory.
