Framing Practice • Prepare and practice a frame for a forthcoming meeting. • Script: Write down what you could say, for each stage of the Universal Framing Tool • Practice: Run through the frame, endeavouring to say it naturally. • Feedback: Obtain feedback on how you went from an observer or participant • Review & refine; Refine your script, or apply the Universal Framing Tool for a different meeting until it becomes a natural part of how you think, prepare and speak at the Focus stage of meetings
