  3. Gaining Insight into behavior • You should already have this in your notes. • What is the example that they give? • Think about the question from yesterday in regards to your emotions and confidence (Does learning about your emotions build confidence?). • Has your idea changed?

It just talks about different parts of the textbook. • Create a question for the heading of “Overview of Psychology” • What is an overview of Psychology? • Read through that section (stop when you get to the Goals of Psychology) • Try to answer your question, (you might have more than just one answer)
