  15. In season: home • 5 am: wake up • 7 am - noon: EM residency lectures • 12:30 pm: run • 6 pm: Arrive at stadium • Pre-game checks • Lab review • Dinner • 7:05 pm: First pitch • 10:20 pm: Last out • Post game checks • 11 pm: Leave stadium

  16. In season: away • 7 am: wake up • 7:15 am: run • 11 am: conference call • Head trainer, physical therapist, manager • 2 pm: media update • 3 pm - 11 pm: ED shift

  17. Typical Week • 2 Pirate games • 1 high school football game/event • 2 - 3 ED shifts • 2 press contacts • EM didactics • 40 miles
